TEAM PHOTOS + SENIOR BANNER INFO

Thank you for choosing Dana Leigh Photography for your team’s photos this season! My mission is to create the most professional and dynamic team images that will make players and parents proud. Our scheduling, ordering, and fulfillment procedure is designed to create a seamless process for teams and parents!

Most teams choose Dana Leigh Photography for the dynamic team and senior banners created through a virtual/composite photoshoot. However, we can accommodate traditional photoshoots on the field or court.

TEAMS

Team rosters & photo day schedules should be sent to support@danaleighphotography.com two weeks prior to your scheduled photo day.

Coaches/Directors/AD's will be sent gallery access codes & registration links to share with parents 1-2 weeks before photo day. All ordering is online after galleries have been posted (see before you buy), so no more pre-ordering packages and no more paper forms. Parents will use the access code provided to subscribe to your team's gallery and will receive a link via text or email once the pictures are ready to view and purchase. We will also have all the same information on-site.

We will arrive 30-60 minutes prior to start time to have everything set up and ready to go when players arrive. Please have someone from your league or organization available to meet us so we can gain access to the shooting location. If we are shooting indoors, a gym or large room/area are preferable.

If you have multiple teams in your league, the optimal scheduling times are 15–20 minute intervals per team. Football teams may require more time depending on the team size. Please do not schedule all teams at one time.

Once we begin, the process is fairly quick. On average, we will need approximately 1-2 minutes per player for the photoshoot regardless of whether a traditional or composite shoot is selected. If a virtual shoot is chosen there is no need for players to wait around after their photo. If a traditional team photo is chosen, we can decide to shoot this either before or after all the individual photos have been taken.

All images will be uploaded to an online gallery in approximately 3 weeks. Parents will receive text and emails that their photos are ready to view and purchase. All orders are shipped direct to parents so no worries about getting them distributed!

SENIOR BANNERS

Senior banner photo days can be arranged either during the school day or right after school. Picture day information to share with parents and players will be emailed to Directors 1-2 weeks in advance. If you prefer, we can also send these details directly to parents if you provide their email addresses.

We will arrive 45-60 minutes prior to start time to have everything set up and ready to go when seniors arrive. Please have someone from your league or organization available to meet us so we can gain access to the shooting location. If we are shooting indoors, a gym or large room/area are preferable.

Individual senior banner pricing starts at $60. If you need a custom size, just ask!

Banners for each team or group must all be the same size. These are the most popular sizes:

2ft x 3ft @ $60 each

3ft x 4ft @ $80 each

3ft x 5ft @ $85 each

4ft x 5ft @ $95 each

4ft x 6ft @ $105 each

One additional date may be scheduled for seniors not able to be at the scheduled photo day. A minimum of 5 seniors is required to schedule an additional date. Banner print production will not begin until all seniors have been photographed.

Please schedule seniors in groups by their specific sport. Allow at least 5 minutes for each senior photographed. 3 to 4 image poses are taken of each senior and they will choose their preferred banner image on site. Banner image choice may not be changed after we leave the premises.

All images will be uploaded to an online gallery that parents/athletes can view and purchase additional prints or digitals with an access code provided to them on photo day.

Banner will be custom designed with school logos you provide. Banner price includes free shipping to the school for all banners ordered by the deadline date. They are shipped via FedEx and will require a signature of acceptance at the time of delivery.

Banners will be delivered to the school usually within 2-3 weeks after photo day.

Banners are 13 oz, hemmed and come with grommets for hanging.

Banner will be custom designed with team and sponsor logos you provide. Banner price includes free shipping to the school. They are normally shipped via FedEx and will require a signature of acceptance at the time of delivery. **Additional banners that are ordered after the initial order has been sent to the lab will incur a $10 shipping fee per banner.

An access code to an online gallery will be provided for parents that would like to purchase a panoramic print of the team banner.
